How do I sign up for a class?
You can book your Green Room rides through the Book-a-Class tab here.

What is the cancellation policy?
One mulligan! Life happens, we get it. One no call-no show? No sweat. After that, any unexcused late cancels (12 hours before the start of class) or no shows will forfeit the cost of the class.
What do I need to bring to class?
Water, shoes, and anything else to make yourself comfortable...and if you forget, don't worry, we have you covered!
What bikes does the Green Room use?
The Green Room rides Stages SC2's, the premier bikes as ridden by the world's top studios.
Do you offer a monthly membership?
Due to the small number of bikes at the Green Room, we are unable to offer monthly packages at this time.
Do I need previous indoor cycle experience?
Not at all. We welcome all levels of experience and are here for you every step of the way.

Our studio is located in the woods of our residence at:

Do I need shoes?
We encourage clients to bring their own SPD cleat’ed shoes, but will always have a limited number of shoes to borrow on hand at no additional cost. Our bikes also offer cages for sneakers in a pinch.
Do you have locker rooms?
The Green Room offers cubbies at the entrance of the studio, and one full bathroom for use before, during, and after class. Towels are provided.
What is the Green Room standard of fitness and safety pertaining to COVID-19?
The Green Room uses rules of social distancing for bikes. Bikes, weights, restrooms, and surfaces are sanitized after every ride using disinfecting wipes and solutions. The air conditioning system uses a UV scrubber as well as constant airflow. The true gem of the studio is the 18 6-foot windows that we keep open before, during, and after class in order to keep as much as an open-air vibe as possible. Please take this into consideration in what you wear to class. Layers in the winter!
