SPOGA: Cycle + Yoga
A power-packed 30-minute rhythm ride followed by a 30-minute vinyasa flow to keep your heart rate up, and then stretch that body out. Turn it up, and slow it down.

30 minutes of high intensity rhythm cycle, followed by 20 minutes of sculpt on the mat with a focus on core and legs. 50 minutes gets the work done!
